All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, code, and software, is the property of barski.io or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content

By submitting content (problem descriptions, feedback, etc.) to our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for the purposes of providing and improving our Service, including creating educational materials and automation blueprints.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you submit, but you grant us the rights described above.

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed €100 EUR or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (whichever is greater).
